Steps that you’ll need to follow

Brush and floss your teeth as normal.

Dry your teeth with a tissue.
3Step
Twist the bottom of the pen clockwise (to the right) until a little gel chamber onto the brush. For first use you may need to twist more.
4 Step
Smile wide, keeping lips away from your teeth.
5 Step
Apply a thin layer of Brighten up whitening gel to the front surface of the teeth, re-loading brush as required. DO NOT apply gel to the gums.
6 Step
Relax your lips after 30 seconds.
7 Step
Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.
8 Step
Use twice daily until your teeth have reached your desired shade of white.
9 Step
Be sure to replace the lid, to keep the serum from drying out. Store in a cool place, preferably refrigerate.

First Aid for skin
The gel may be cause an irritating to skin. Wash with running water if contact occurs. If any soft oral tissue irritation occurs, remove gel, rinse mouth with salty water or sodium bicarbonate solution and drink milk. Discontinue treatment and consult your dentist if there is persisting sensitivity or any reaction to the gel.
Do not smoke during or immediately after the whitening process.
